Thomas was born about 1381 in Hornby, Yorkshire, England.  Thomas' father is Robert De Neville and his mother is Margaret Pole.  His paternal grandfather is Robert De Neville; his maternal grandfather is William Pole. He has two sisters named Euphemia and Margaret.  He is the second oldest of the three children.
