Thomas was born on May 30th, 1663 in Bishops, Canning, England. Thomas' father was William Withers and his mother was Jane Tarrant. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Withers and Mary Sloper; his maternal grandfather is Robert Tarrant and his maternal grandmother was Joane Sloper. He was an only child. He died at the age of 57 in 1720 in Chester, PA.-
