Henry Eliphalet Whittemore 
Henry Eliphalet was born on April 14th, 1856 in Belvidere, Vermont. Henry Eliphalet's father is Schuyler Chamberlain Whittemore and his mother was Keziah Carpenter. His paternal grandparents were Amos Kendall Whittemore and Betsy Ritterbush. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Nelson Annis, Earl Amos, Betsy and Nellie Ann. He was the second youngest of the five children. He had a half-sister named Gertie Sarah. He died at the age of 83 in 1939. He was buried in Waterville, Vermont.-
