Basine II was born in Thuringia, Germany.  Basine II's father was Wedelphus and her mother is Basina von Thruingia.  Her maternal grandfather is Wedulphus von Thuringia. She had three half-brothers named Merovech, Chlodebaud Childebert and Adelbert.  She died in 0470.
