Phoebe Scribner 
Phoebe was born in May 1829 in Biddleford, Maine. Phoebe's father was Abraham Peaslee Scribner and her mother was Matilda Bignall. Her paternal grandparents were Iddo Scribner and Phebe Peaslee. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Abraham, Benjamin Webster, Daniel, Eben Taylor, Alice Webster, Martha Matilda, Rosanna Hall and Cynthia Jane. She was the oldest of the nine children.-
