William T was born in 1877 in Iowa.1 William T's father was Peter J Scoular and his mother was Rebecca Dodrill. His paternal grandfather was Thomas James Scoular and his paternal grandmother is Margaret Barr; his maternal grandfather was William Coleman Dodrill and his maternal grandmother is Amanda Holcomb. He had a brother and five sisters, named James P, Sarah M., Isabelle Matilda B., Hulda B., Jane and Rebecca. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 88 on August 6th, 1965 in Lemmon, Perkins County, South Dakota.General Notes
