Lucinda was born on March 11th, 1854 in Strafford, Vermont. Lucinda's father was Joseph Sargent and her mother is Elsie Roberts. Her paternal grandparents were Noah Sargent and Lucinda Roberts. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Jefferson, Joseph Baxter, William D., Freedom A., Elsie E. and Julia E.. She is the third youngest of the seven children.-
