Lorenzo Dow Sargent 
Lorenzo Dow was born on June 29th, 1817 in Danville, Vermont. Lorenzo Dow's father was Amos Sargent and his mother was Anna Cheney. His paternal grandparents were Phineas Sargent and Rebecca Wells. He had six brothers and two sisters, named William, Zelotus Osmore, Zacharius C., Phineas Lafayette, Lemuel Winchester, Willard Stephen Cushing, Mary R. and Rebecca W.. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 63 on April 25th, 1881 in Warner, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.-
