Bert Payne 
Bert was born on December 6th, 1898 in Howell, Livingston County, Michigan. Bert's father was James William Payne and his mother was Mary Addoline Glines. His maternal grandparents were Erustas Orin Glines and Rebecca Jane Bunker. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Ai Earl, James William Jr., Erastus Orren, Henry Bruttreen, Josephine, Nellie, Julia, Payne and Bertha. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 35 on August 12th, 1934.General Notes
