Lewis was born on April 2nd, 1857. Lewis' father was John Page and his mother was Climena Colby. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Colby and Abigail Noyes. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Edson, John M., John H., Eugene, Eugene, Mary F., Abbie C., Lucy E. and Rosa Bell. He died after 1933. He was buried in The Center Cemetery, Dunbarton Center, Dunbarton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.-
