Lydia Lyone was born on February 4th, 1861 in Marengo, Illinois. Lydia Lyone's father was Carlos Olcott and her mother was Malvina Amanda Kimball. Her maternal grandparents were Levi Kimball and Hettie (Esther) Chatfield. She had four brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Emerson, Emerson Leibus, Charles Levi, Frank Sidelbert, Florence H., Laura (Lana) Marion and Rosewell Byron. She is the third oldest of the eight children.-
