Eva Arlouein was born on March 9th, 1899 in Mill Village, Erie, Pa.. Eva Arlouein's father was Ira DoWayne Larkin and her mother was Cressie Almira Prather. Her paternal grandfather was Fayette L. Larkin and her paternal grandmother is Mary Wilkins. She had a sister named Iva Carrie. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 94 on January 11th, 1994.-
