Arthur W. was born on October 4th, 1891 in Van Wyck, Valley County, Indiana. Arthur W.'s father was Levi Silas Kimball and his mother is Emma Anna Witchey. His paternal grandparents were Levi Kimball and Hettie (Esther) Chatfield. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named George L., Dix D., David T., Silas Levi, John W., Earl A., Perry K., Della E., Sarah L. and Laura A.. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 81 in May 1973 in Elmore County, Indiana. He was buried in Crown Point Cemetery, Van Wyck, Valley County, Indiana.-
