Clara C. was born on March 12th, 1880 in Nankin Township, Wayne County Michigan. Clara C.'s father was Edmond B. Bills and her mother was Emma Palmer. Her paternal grandparents were Ira Bills and Mary Ann Haywood. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Fred William, Hosea M., Jay B., Arfila and Adah Falena. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 87 on January 14th, 1968 in Romulus Twp., Wayne County, Michigan.-
