I was born about 0945 in Saxony, Germany.  I's father is Hermann Billung and his mother is Hildegardis.  His paternal grandfather is Billung. He had a sister named Mathilde.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died on February 9th, 1011.

They had a son named II.
