John Cook Bailey 
John Cook was born in 1864 in Eaton, Quebec, Canada. John Cook's father is John Cook Bailey and his mother was Hannah Colby. His maternal grandfather was Rufus Colby. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Rufus Craig, Christopher Orasmus, Amanda Diama, Esther Mary, Sarah Jane, Harriet Luvia, Persis Abigail and Susan Maria. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 90 on July 24th, 1954 in Bothell, WA.-
