Irmengarde was born in 0804.  Irmengarde's father is Hugh II "Le Mefiant" De Tours and her mother was Ava De Alsace.  Her paternal grandmother is UNKNOWN UNKNOWN. She had a sister named Ermengarde.  She was the younger of the two children.  Irmengarde is no longer alive.
