John Carr 
John was born on January 4th, 1681 in Jamestown, Newport, Rhode Island, USA.1 John's father was Caleb Carr and his mother was Deborah Sayles. His paternal grandparents were Caleb Carr and Mercy Vaughn; his maternal grandparents were John Sayles and Mary Williams. He had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Unknown, Benjamin, Daniel, Peleg, Sayles, Mercy, Deborah, Robey and Rachel.
