John Browne 
John was born in 1584 in Swan Hall, Hawkedon, Suffolk, England. John's father was Thomas Browne and his mother was Joan Sayer. His paternal grandfather was Christopher Browne. He had two brothers and a sister, named Abraham, Peter and Lydia. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 78 on April 10th, 1662 in Duxbury, Rehoboth, Massachusetts. He was buried in Riverside, Providence, Rhode Island.General Notes
