Katherine was born about 1495 in Of Stanford, Lincs., Eng.. Katherine's father was Christopher Browne and her mother was Agnes Bedingfield. Her paternal grandparents were John Brown and Agnes UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were Edmond Bedingfield and Margaret Scott.
