William Settle

William was born in 1577 in Elmet, Potterton, Yorkshire, En. William's father was Henry Settle. His paternal grandparents were John Settle and Elizabeth Cooksey. He had three brothers and a sister, named Francis, John, Richard and Marie. He is the second youngest of the five children.
