Jay Rutan 
Jay was born on February 14th, 1895 in Missouri.1 Jay's father is Oliver Rutan and his mother is Tempa Rutan. He was an only child. He died at the age of 70 on January 29th, 1966 in Kansas.2 
Jay and Clara M. were married in a religious ceremony on May 19th, 1919 in Kansas.2 They had three daughters named Living, Living and Living.
