William Palmer 
William was born on June 23rd, 1788 in Colchester, New London, Connecticut,. William's father was Abel Palmer and his mother was Lois Palmer. He had a brother and a sister, named Amos and Lois. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 65 on December 25th, 1853 in Norwich, New London, Connecticut.-
