Billings Palmer 
Billings was born on February 26th, 1779 in Stonington, New London, CT, USA.1 Billings' father was Vose Palmer and his mother was Desire Babcock. His paternal grandparents were William Palmer and Phebe Darrow; his maternal grandparents were Timothy Babcock and Lois Billings. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Vose, Jeremiah, Lyman, Desire, Abigail, Sarah, Pauline, Fanny, Calinda and Lyma. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He had a half-sister named Celinda. He died at the age of 70 on October 9th, 1849 in Brookfield, Madison, New York, USA.1 -
