Comfort Haynes

Comfort was born on August 2nd, 1711 in New Groton, New London, Connecticut, USA.¹ Comfort's father was Josiah Haynes and her mother was Elizabeth Starks. Her paternal grandparents were Josiah Haynes and Elizabeth Noyes; her maternal grandparents were Aaron Stark and Mary Holt. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Josiah, Joshua, Caleb, Elizabeth, Anna, Keziah and Deborah. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 28 in September 1739.¹
