William Cowen 
William was born on April 14th, 1723 in Harford, MD, USA.1 William's father was Joseph Cowen and his mother was Ann Teague. His paternal grandparents were John Cowen and Deborah Litchfield; his maternal grandparents were Edward Teague and Susan Teague. He had eight half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Thomas, Kent, Edward, William, John, Thomas, Edward, Elias, Hannah, Sarah, Elizabeth, Martha and Susanna. He died at the age of 23 in 1746.1 -
