Charlotte Cooksey 
Charlotte was born in 1855. Charlotte's father was Zachariah Cooksey and her mother is Martha Utsler. Her paternal grandparents were Zachariah Cooksey and Mary Case. She has a brother and two sisters, named William, Tabitha and Mary J. She is the second oldest of the four children.-
