William Bryson 
William was born on December 19th, 1796 in Belfast, Down, Ireland.1 William's father was Andrew Bryson and his mother was Elizabeth Kennedy. His paternal grandparents were William Bryson and Jane Robb; his maternal grandfather was David Kennedy and his maternal grandmother is Jane Porter. He had five brothers and three sisters, named David, Samuel, John Kennedy, James Edward, Robert, Mary Jane, Jane Genny and Sarah H.. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 75 on March 6th, 1872 in Bonaparte, Van Buren, IA, USA.1 -
