William Pitts Brown

William Pitts was born on November 22nd, 1800 in Norwalk, Huron, Ohio, USA.¹ William Pitts' father was Nathan Brown and his mother was Lucy Ann Palmer. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Brown and Abigail Crary; his maternal grandparents were William Palmer and Phebe Darrow. He had two sisters named Mary and Phebe. He was the youngest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Russell, Charles Sidney, Henry and Hannah. He died at the age of 90 in 1890 in Freeport, Illinois, USA.¹
