Vortiugern (Gwrtheryn) was born about 0400.  Vortiugern (Gwrtheryn)'s father was Fedelmid and his mother was Scotnoe.  His paternal grandfather was Loigure of the Boyne.  He was an only child.

They had three sons and a daughter, named Britu, Emrys of, Cateyrn and Ribrawst.
