William Pepper 
William was born about 1828 in England. William's father was William Pepper and his mother was Elizabeth LNU. His paternal grandfather was William Pepper. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Frederick, Elliott, Elizabeth, May or Mary, Ellen and Minnie E.. He was the second oldest of the eight children.General Notes

In Utica: beginning at a point in the westerly line of Charlotte Street, 112 ft. from its intersection with Bleeker St; the south along Charlotte St 30 ft then west on a line at right angles from Charlotte St to the Post line so called, being about 100 ft more or less on the said right angle line; then North along post line in a line paralled with Bleecker St to the beginning place, etc.
