John McConnell 
John was born on November 27th, 1799 in Iredell Co, NC. John's father was William Sr. McConnell and his mother was Rachel Adams. His paternal grandparents were Phillip McConnell and Sarah McClelland; his maternal grandparents were Matthew Adams and Elizabeth Luke. He had three brothers and nine sisters, named Milas, David Addison, William, Sarah, Agnes, Elizabeth, Jane, Martha Margaret, Mary, Kesiah, Rachel Susan and Patience. He died at the age of 68 on January 29th, 1868 in Macon Co, NC. He was buried in McConnell Cemetary, Macon co, NC.-
