Maximianus was born in possibly in Spain.  Maximianus' father was Flavius Julius Crispus and his mother was Daughter of Maximus Galerius Daia.  His maternal grandfather was Maximus Galerius Daia.  He was an only child.  He died in Aquileia, Gaul.
