William Johnston or Johnson

William Johnston or was born on July 2nd, 1764 in Salisbury, NC.  William Johnston or's father was Henry Johnston or Johnson and his mother was Rachel Holeman.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 81 on July 13th, 1845 in Newton, MS.  He was buried in July 1845 in Beulah Cemetary, Newton, MS.

‌William Johnston or and Diana were married in a religious ceremony on June 6th, 1781 in Rowan Co, NC.  They had a daughter named Mary Rececca.
