Charles was born in 1683.  Charles' father was Charles Fallin and his mother was Jean Fairfax. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Dennis, Mary, Jane and Alice or Agnes.  He died at the age of 69 on June 8th, 1752 in Northumberland County, VA.
