John Penn Woodson 
John Penn was born on November 17th, 1819.1 John Penn's father was Thomas Corbin Woodson Sr. and his mother was Jemima Price Grant. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson and Sarah (Sally) Hemings; his maternal grandmother was Hannah Grant. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Lewis Fredrick, George, Thomas Corbin, William, James, Harriet Delilah, Jemima, Frances, Hannah and Sarah Jane. He died at the age of 34 on November 21st, 1853 in Jackson Co.,OH.1 -
