Mathieu De+ was born in 1137 in Of, Flanders, Belgium. Mathieu De+'s father was Thierry III De+ Lorraine and his mother was Sibylla D'+ Anjou. His paternal grandparents were Thierry II De+ Lorraine and Gertrude Of+ Flanders; his maternal grandparents were Foulques V Plantagenet D'+ Anjou and Ermenbourge De+ Beaugency. He had two brothers and a sister, named Pierre De, Philippe De and Marguerite De+. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-sister named Laurette De+. He died at the age of 36 on July 25th, 1173. He was buried in St. Judoc, Ponthieu, France.General Notes
