David IV was born in 1070.  David IV's father was Georgios II Bagratid and his mother is Helena X.  His paternal grandfather was Bagrat IV Bagratid and his paternal grandmother is Helena Argyrosa.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 55 in 1125.
