Hugh de Spencer II 
Hugh was born in 1223 in Ryhale, Rutlandshire, Wales. Hugh's father was Hugh le Despencer. His paternal grandparents were Lord Thomas de Spencer of Arnesby and Rohaise de Foix. He had a sister named Eleanor. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 42 in 1265.-

Hugh, known as "the Elder", was born on March 1st, 1261 in Loughborough, Leicester, England. He died due to hanged for rebellion at the age of 65 on October 26th, 1326. He was buried in Tewkesbury Abby, England.
