Lord William de Grendon of Ockbrook 
William was born about 1160 in Ockbrook, Shardlow, Derbyshire, England. William's father is Serlo de Grendon and his mother is Heiress Mary fitzRalph of Ockbrook. His maternal grandparents are Lord Ralph fitzGeremund of Ockbrook and Hawise. He had a brother named Serlo. He was the younger of the two children. He died in 1203.
