Zupan Voulkan Hliubomir of Raska

Voulkan was born about 1065.  Voulkan's father is Stephanus.  He was an only child.  He died after 1113.

‌Voulkan and daughter were married in a religious ceremony about 1079.  They had a son named Urosch Bela.
