"the Elder"'s father was Emperor Theodosius Augustus II of Rome-East and her mother was Aelia Eudocia. Her paternal grandparents were Emperor Arcadius of Rome-East and Aelia Eudoxia; her maternal grandfather is Philosopher Leontius of Athens. She was an only child. She died after 0462.-

Eudoxia, known as "the Younger", was born in 0440. She died at the age of 40 in 0480.
