Atossa's father is King Cyrus I of Parthia & Anshan and her mother is Kassandra of Parthia.  Her paternal grandfather is King Teispes Chishpish Perses of Anshan. She had two brothers named Pharnaspes Achemenide and Cambyses.

They had a son named Otones.
