Alfidia was born in 0080 BC.  Alfidia's father was Tribune Marcus Livius Major Drusus ("the Elder") of Rome and her mother is Servilia Caepia.  Her paternal grandparents are Consul Marcus Livius Drusus ("the Elder") of Rome and Cornelia Scipionis of Rome; her maternal grandfather was Consul Quintus Servilius Caepio of Rome and her maternal grandmother is Metalla of Rome. She has a brother named Marcus Livius Drusus. She had a half-sister named Livia Drusa.

They had a daughter named Livia Drucilla Julia Augusta.
