TS of Culpeper Co., VA. The will of William's father, Thomas WATTS, ma
de a bequest of a gun to Richard. Richard (again presumably the same perso
n) migrated to NC sometime after 1760 and married Sarah ___. Their daught
er Elizabeth was born in 1777 in NC. By 1782, Richard was in Pittsylvan
ia Co., VA, but had migrated to Mercer Co., KY, by 1796.

ho went to KY. I have no info about Washington WATTS other than he was giv
en land in KY according to the will of his father. James, the brother of W
ashington, was my GGG grandfather.
