Jacob Staley 
Jacob was born in 1785 in Guilford, NC, USA.1 Jacob's father was Adam Jacob Staley and his mother was Eve Porter. His paternal grandfather was Ulrich Johan Staley and his paternal grandmother is UNKNOWN Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Porter and Sarah Reynolds. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Adam, Enoch, Rebecca, Barbara, Elizabeth, Ellender and Mary. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 in 1865 in Wilkes, NC, USA.1 -
