Henry Snow 
Henry was born on April 17th, 1757 in Hudson, Hillsborough, NH, USA.1 Henry's father was Henry Snow and his mother was Miriam Rust. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Snow and Bridgett Snow. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin, Nehemiah, Robert, Edwin Payson, Rebecca and Miriam. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 22 on October 25th, 1779 in Fayette, KY, USA.1 General Notes

CORRECTION NOTE.
The reader will note that on page seven of this book appears the stateme
nt that Richard Snow of Woburn died in 1711, and that consequently he cou
ld hardly have been one and the same with Richard Snow of the ship "Expedi
tion".
My authority for the date of the death of Richard Snow of Woburn was Sewal
l's History of Woburn. This date was evidently an error, for Richard die
d, as I have since learned, on May 5, 1677, leaving a will dated 30 (11) i
.e.
Nov 30, 1676 [shouldn't this be Jan 30, 1676/7?], and which was probated J
une 19, 1677. By this instrument he bequeathed property to his wife Ann, a
nd sons, John, James, Samuel and Zachary.
This information effectually removes all the haze and uncertainty respecti
ng Richard Snow's years that appear in this Volume, and the identity of Ri
chard Snow of Woburn with the Richard Snow of the ship "Expedition" becom
es not
only possible, but quite probable.
The compiler hopes that this explanatory note will overcome any false impr
ession which he may have unwittingly created by his printed words, a
nd he feels sure that it will add considerably to the genealogical val
ue of the book.
