John was born in 1698 in Washington Parish, Westmoreland Co., VA.1 John's father was Thomas Robbins and his mother was Mary Hansford. His paternal grandparents were Thomas C. Robbins and Mary Hansford; his maternal grandfather is Stephen Bailey. He had a brother named Jacob Sr. He was the older of the two children. He had two half-brothers named Thomas and John Robbins. He died at the age of 15 in 1713 in MD, USA.1 -
