Elena was born in 1288 in Ashby De, LA, USA.1 Elena's father was Alan La Zouche and her mother was Eleanor De Segrave. Her maternal grandparents were Nicholas De Segrave and Maud De Lacy. She had eight sisters named Efena, Ela, Margaret, Maud, Mary Louisiana, Elisabeth, Helene De Louisiana Rohan and Helene De. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 46 in October 1334.1 -
