Thomas was born on July 4th, 1675 in Worthenby, Flintshire, Wales and his baptism took place on July 4th, 1675 in Chester Co, PA.  He died at the age of 29 on June 15th, 1705 in Creswell, Northd, Eng.  He was buried on March 31st, 1671 in Woodhorn P., Northd, Eng.
